Soak in a shallow pan of warm water until the decal is loose and releases from the backing sheet, you can feel it slide on the backing sheet under a minute. If a bubble can't be worked out prick with a pin it is quite slippery and can be gently maneuvered into the correct position. Pin the decal end to the surface with a finger as you slowly slide the backing sheet out from under the decal adjusting position, if necessary, as you go. I think water transfers are easier than adhesive backed stickers which are thicker and can't be slid around on the surface.
