It is oem in fact, the crack goes right by lower front mounting tab, foam rubber starting to show its age but still one piece. It is cracked right where the front center mounting tab ,wets bumpers bottom rail. Harley rear bumper for Shovelhead and early Evo model's, 1980 on up past the parts catalog I have, it says will fit all fl that's a lot of different bikes. God bless America and happy safe riding.
