All have surface blemishes from open storage - I recommend cleaning threads before installing 4 Harley Davidson 5/16 18 x 1-1/4 Hex Socket Countersunk Screw P/N 3781. This is leftover inventory from Orbison Harley-Davidson, the Harley Davidson dealer in Dayton Beach 1962 till 1993.
