Sick and into me. I know that the bottom of tank does not have rust. But it will tighten a little bit. Its a good possibility that the top may have surface rust but not to my knowledge.

But there is no major pitting. The tank obviously has surface rust on the outside and looks to be repainted with over spray it also. Others have listing saying that has crust inside the tank. Take a good look at the surface rust.
