This was sitting in a frame for few years the Houston Humidity so it has some rust dust and possibly super light on races but my vision is not good enough to tell I think they would polish up just fine eccentric will likely wash off wont show installed anyway. Not a new part but cheap and useful. There are a couple small marks on the adjuster teeth as well.
