It comes with tappets /lifters. I don't see any cracks or repairs. Harley rear Tappet Lifter Block Engine Original 1941-47 Knucklehead EL FL OEM Great old original part. The lifter bores aren as bad they look in the pictures, and should clean up pretty good.

They have some staining but I don't feel any grooves, wheels turn recommend changing them.
