The box is in rough condition but timing chain was never used. We bought this for a Bsa it was 71 or 72 with the intention of replacing timing chain. The timing chain was stored in a shed for many years and recently rediscovered.

We never got around to it and sold the motorcycle. I am not an expert on timing chains. He said it was in perfect working condition.
